Return & Cancellation Policy

Any item that is being returned for any
reason must have a
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) prior to
returning.
Please email
returns@interiorkits4trucks.com within 30 days of product delivery.
Once the RA# is issued, the product must be returned within 15 days. |
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Carpet Kits ordered in
NON-Standard Colors
-
Cut & Sewn Carpet Kits
-
Yardage (Material by-the-yard)
-
Anything with embroidery,
personalization, or logo
-
Any item that has been cut, glued,
altered, or damaged
EXCEPTION:
If a Custom item does not fit or an incorrect item was
shipped (due to our error), we may request a photograph. Furthermore,
InteriorKits4Trucks.com will:
1. Replace the item or portion of
the item that does not fit properly
2. Issue a Prepaid Label for return of the incorrect
item
3. Pay the shipping costs to replace the item
Please note the following:
In order for us to determine the correct course of action for
replacement, it may be necessary to have the incorrect item returned prior to
sending out the new item.
Replacement items will be shipped via the
same shipping method as the original order.
ALL OTHER ITEMS (excluding
those mentioned above) can be returned or exchanged, but are subject to the
following conditions:
1. A RA# must be obtained within 30 days of
product delivery
2. A 20% Restocking Fee will be applied to the refund
(unless otherwise noted)
3. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs
4. Original shipping charges are not
returnable
4. The item must be unused and returned in a sellable
condition
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES:
If a product is returned without the original box &
packaging, without hardware, instructions, etc., the refund will be adjusted
accordingly - at our discretion. All refunds issued after 60 days of
purchase date will be refunded in the form of a company check.
Any item that has been cut, glued,
altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return. We recommend that all
items be dry fitted prior to any alterations for permanent installation.
EXCHANGES:
If one item is being exchanged for another, a RA# will be issued and a new
order will be generated using the same credit card as the initial order.
The item must be returned within 15 days, and a refund will be issued to the
credit card on file. If payment was made with a check or money order, the
refund will be issued with an Automotive Interiors check. All
refunds issued after 60 days of purchase date will be refunded in the form of a
company check.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Should a product arrive damaged or broken, you must email
returns@interiorkits4trucks.com. Be sure to keep the box and
merchandise, as the shipping company may wish to inspect the damage. A
replacement item will be sent out as quickly as possible, and we will make
arrangements for the damaged item to be returned (if necessary). You will
be contacted via email within 2 business days with return instructions.
You may be required to forward a photograph of the damaged item.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Any address correction that we are billed for thru any
any shipping company, such as UPS, Fedex, etc. will be charged to the customer at a rate of $11.00.
